We are looking for a very gifted and professional stone mason/hardscape specialist that is well rounded in all masonry applications with a minimum of 3-years’ experience. Must have the desire and more importantly the passion to create true beauty in outdoor environments.
The scope of work includes but is not limited to all types of hardscapes, patios, stone walls, retaining walls, wet-laid and dry laid stone, fireplaces, fire pits, outdoor kitchens, stone veneer, water features, fire features, paver pool decks, coping, walkways, driveways, etc. Must be able to demonstrate competence and efficiency on the job.
- Layout work area
- Reading and interpreting plans, including grades and site elevations
- Installing rebar and reenforcing wire per plan and specifications
- Forming, pouring, and leveling footers and small concrete slabs
- Operating a variety of landscape construction equipment such as: skid steer loader, small track machine, wet saws, dry cut saws, chop saw/grinder, compactor, etc.
- Coordinating with Field Operations Supervisor on new projects to determine scope of work, equipment, and material needs
- Ensure company policies, procedures, and safety protocols are being followed at all times
- Ensure quality control over all work being installed
- Ensure jobsites are left clean and organized at the end of each day
- Complete daily job forms and timecard punches
- 3-5 years installation experience in landscape construction/hardscape working with natural stone and concrete to create patios, walls, and outdoor kitchen areas
- Experience installing accessory items such as grills, doors, fire logs, benches, trash cans, bike racks, etc.
- Experience assembling and installing wood trellises and gazebos
- Experience operating saws and other tools necessary to complete hardscape installation
- Experience setting precast and natural stone
- Ability to read blueprints and landscape plans and complete the layout of project and installation
- Must understand right of ways, easements, set-backs, site triangles, and encroachments
- Must be able to operate mini-x and dig footers for foundations
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to read and write in English
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position including, but not limited to bending, hunching, kneeling, standing, balancing, climbing, stooping, crawling, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting 50+ lbs.

- Must have an OSHA-10 certification
- A Valid Driver’s license and ability to pass an MVR/Background check along with random Drug screening is company policy
